Terms of sale and refunds

Credits

• Credits are sold by Consara Technologies, not by Google or by MCA.
• One credit downloads the documents of one company from one MCA payment: up to 750 documents, newest filings first, within the 3-hour window MCA gives you after your first download. Resuming inside that window costs nothing.
• Credits are valid for one year from the day they are added to your account.
• During the beta you pay by UPI after agreeing the amount with us on WhatsApp, and we add the credits by hand.

Refunds

• If MCA fails early in a run, before most of the documents were handed out, the credit is returned to your account. Tell us on WhatsApp or through Report a problem in the extension and we will put it back.
• A failure caused by ROCwork itself is refunded as a credit, always.
• Money refunds for unused credits are made on request, to the account you paid from.
• MCA's own ₹100 fee is paid to MCA and is outside these terms.

The service depends on MCA

ROCwork works by running MCA's own document requests from your browser. MCA's portal is often slow or unavailable, and it changes without notice. We fix what breaks as fast as we can, but we cannot promise that a download will succeed at a given time. Follow MCA's terms of use when you use the portal.
